- Pathways to Success: Our program offers two pathways to qualification – an Early Childhood Diploma and an associate degree in early childhood. You can start with the Diploma and seamlessly transition to the associate degree, putting you on the fast track to becoming a proficient assistant teacher in either government or private early childhood centers.
