Services for New Students

Once you have applied and have been accepted at the University College of the Cayman Islands, you will be given an orientation under the ambit of the Student Services Department. In your orientation, you will be given some general advice about College life:

  • Who is Who
  • Finding your way about the campus
  • How to register for courses using the BlackBaud registration system
  • Meet the professors
  • Explore the various clubs
  • Meet new friends
  • Enjoy the day

It is a different life now that you are entering college. There are no more uniforms to put on and getting up early for that 8:00 bell!

There are of course some more serious issues like responsibility and academic discipline. There won't be that "Principal" coming after you to send you to class. Your future now will depend on you!
