Graduation Registration

Graduation registration must be completed on the paper forms available to DOWNLOAD, and submitted to the UCCI Administration office by May 31st, 2011. Payment is expected at the time of registration.

Registration fee BEFORE May 31st, 2011 $75.00 CI.

Registration fee AFTER May 31st, 2011 $150.00 CI.

Graduation Invitations

Graduation invitations are available for collection beginning June 16th. You may pick up your invitations in the Main Administration Building. Four (4) invitations will be given per student. Additional invitations MAY be available on July 1st. The Hall has a maximum seating capacity and we need to ensure that Fire and Safety Codes are followed.
Guests must present invitations upon arrival at the ceremony.

Graduation Gowns

Gowns available for pick up in the Cascade Room in the Main Administration building beginning June 30th.

Final Grades

Updated Degree Audits available online. MUST state COMPLETED for your degree in order to graduate.

Final Grades will be submitted on July 3rd

Graduation Rehearsal

July 6th, 2011 - MANDATORY Graduation Rehearsal
at 6:00 PM SHARP in the Sir Vassel Johnson Hall. Group photos (by programme/degree) will be taken at graduation rehearsal. You must bring / or come dressed appropriately in your gown for rehearsal. It may be possible for you to arrange individual photos to be taken at a later date.
ALL GRADUATES MUST ATTEND.

UCCI Commencement Ceremony

July 7th, 2011 - Graduation Day!
Graduates must arrive in the Sir Vassel Johnson Hall NO LATER than 6:00 PM

• Wear a White shirt and dark pants or skirt.
• No jeans.
• Dark shoes.
• Gentlemen must wear a tie.
• When you arrive go directly to your assigned “READY ROOM”, which you will learn about at rehearsal.
• No reserved parking, so please arrive early!

Graduation Party

July 7th, 2011 - Immediately following the Ceremony in the Quad area.
