Ms. Celoria joined the UCCI team as Business Development Manager in 2007. Her background in business development and knowledge of Cayman’s labour market needs aid in the expansion of UCCI’s course offerings. In her capacity, she works closely with Cayman’s professional associations, government agencies and the community at large to better understand how UCCI can meet the educational and development needs of the island’s residents. In addition, she devotes time to the Graduate Studies and Executive Training divisions as well as serves in a PR and marketing capacity for the University College.

Ms. Celoria brings several years professional experience within the Cayman Islands. Most recently, she was employed with dms Organization Ltd. as a Vice President overseeing the strategic direction and management of the human resources and operations departments throughout her four year tenure. In addition, a priority focus was placed on heading and developing their global recruitment firm, BrightStaff, which specializes in financial services recruitment.
