Mr. Fiedler joined UCCI in 2006 as the ICT Manager. In his current capacity he is responsible for managing the UCCI network, creating the ICT training calendar, managing the ICT instructors, supervising the ICT Boost program as well as maintaining relations with external customers. You may also see him in the classroom from time to time teaching Microsoft classes.

Previously, he was employed with MCS (Formally MegaTron Ltd branded) which is an Information Technology Consulting and Professional Services firm providing independent advice and advanced enterprise implementation services to companies in the Cayman Islands and the Caribbean. Before his move to the Cayman Islands, he worked with New Horizons Computer Learning Center and became the Senior Master Technical Instructor. From 2001-2005, Greg had over 10,000 classroom hours instructing Microsoft Official Curriculum. Mr. Fiedler was a member of the US Military for 8 years before pursuing his career in the private sector.

Mr. Fiedler has numerous certifications. He is a MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer), MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and a CCSP (Cisco Certified Security Professional) to name a few.
