Ms. Chambers joined the UCCI team as Vice Chair of Continuing Education and Professional Development in August 2007. Her background in Education Administration and Curriculum Development lends itself to assisting with the department’s programme restructuring and delivery methodology as it moves towards a competency based mode of training. In her present post, she interfaces on a daily basis with the Department Chair, students, faculty, student services, governmental agencies and the community at large.

Ms. Chambers has over fifteen years experience in tertiary education at the community college and university levels both as a teacher and administrator. The last ten years were spent focusing on tertiary education administration and serving as Department Head/Head of Faculty in disciplines of hospitality and tourism, medicine, and distance education.

She holds a Bachelors double major in Psychology and Communications, a Masters in Educational Administration, a post graduate Diploma in Educational Administration and a Certificate from the American Society for Training and Development.
