Mr. Bromfield serves a senior member of the UCCI team within the Department of Arts and Humanities and teaches Business Communications and College Composition to Professional and Associate level students. He joined UCCI full-time in 1994 and was instrumental in producing the first Associate degree programmes. He successively assumed a variety of positions and responsibilities in the course of his tenure including Head of Business Studies, Head of Certificate Programmes and Head of Professional and Vocational Studies.

He has been involved in tertiary education in the Cayman Islands from as far back as 1979 when, as Head of English at Cayman Islands High School (now John Gray High School), he taught English language, Business English, and English Literature respectively to Advanced Level at the Community College evening classes.
